KNCC社の液化CO₂輸送船構想がDNVの承認を取得

ノルウェー船級協会のDNV社が、Knutsen NYK Carbon Carriers社（KNCC社）のLCO2-EP（Elevated Pressure：加圧）タンク・システムに船舶搭載許可証書（General Approval for Ship Application：GASA）を付与した。

GASA証書の付与は、昨年KNCC社に付与された基本設計承認（Approval in Principle：AIP）の次のステップを意味する。

Classification society DNV has awarded Knutsen NYK Carbon Carriers (KNCC) with a General Approval for Ship Application (GASA) certificate for their LCO2-EP(Elevated Pressure) tank system.

The award of the GASA statement represents the next step along from the Approval in Principle (AIP) awarded to KNCC last year.
