Petroleum Sarawak Berhad社は、国際パートナーとの間で、マレーシア・サラワク州セントラル・ルコニア（Central Luconia）における陸上石油・ガス探査の拡大とCO2回収・有効利用・貯留（CCUS）イニシアティブの推進に関する正式な合意を締結した。
Petros社会長（chairman）であるTan Sri Datuk Amar Hamid Bugo氏が出席した調印式には、エネルギー・金属鉱物資源機構（Jogmec）、超電導センサテクノロジー株式会社（Sustec）、SC Tubular Solutions Malaysia社（SCTSM社）及びWoodside Energy社が参加した。
Petros社は、Jogmecと初の陸上探査プロジェクトをマレーシアのムカ・バリンギアン（Mukah-Balingian）地域で実施する。
この提携は、サラワク州の地下地質に関する理解を深めることで、同地域における石油・ガス資源の持続可能な開発の支援を目指すものである。

Petroleum Sarawak Berhad has formalised agreements with international partners to expand onshore oil and gas exploration and advance carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) initiatives in Central Luconia, Sarawak, Malaysia.
The signing ceremony, attended by Petros chairman Tan Sri Datuk Amar Hamid Bugo, involved the Japan Organization for Metals and Energy Security (Jogmec), Superconducting Sensor Technology Corporation (Sustec), SC Tubular Solutions Malaysia (SCTSM) and Woodside Energy.
Petros will undertake its inaugural onshore exploration project with Jogmec in the Mukah-Balingian area.
The collaboration aims to deepen understanding of Sarawaks subsurface geology, supporting the sustainable development of oil and gas resources in the region.
