ドイツ・ミュンヘン工科大学（Technical University of Munich）のスピンオフとして設立されたReverion社は、2022年から炭素市場で活動しており、メタン及びバイオマス燃料生産から発生するCO₂を回収し、クリーンエネルギーを作り出しながら、検証可能な炭素除去成果を提供するソリューションに取り組んでいる。

Frontier Buyers Sign $41M Offtake Agreement With Reverion

Buyers from the Frontier carbon removal advance market coalition have signed a $41 million offtake agreement with Germany-based bioenergy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) company Reverion.

Under the agreement, Reverion will use its fuel cell technology to capture and permanently store 96,000 tons of CO₂ from biogas in the period between 2027 and 2030.

Created as a spin-off from the Technical University of Munich, Reverion has been active on the carbon market since 2022, working on a solution that captures CO₂ from methane and biomass fuel production and generates clean energy, while delivering verifiable carbon removal results.
