Puro.earth、 ICVCMから炭素クレジット発行の承認を得る

自主的炭素市場のための十全性評議会（Integrity Council for the Voluntary Carbon Market：ICVCM）は、同プラットフォームを適格な炭素クレジット発行プログラム（Carbon Crediting Programme）として承認した。
この認定は、Puro基準の厳格性、透明性及び科学的卓越性を裏付けるものであり、Puro.earthがICVCMの中核炭素原則（Core Carbon Principles：CCP）におけるガバナンス、排出影響及び持続可能な開発に関する基準を満たしていることを示している。Puro.earthプラットフォームは、100万以上のCO2除去証書（CO2 Removal Certificates：CORCs）を発行しており、バイオ炭、BECCS及び直接空気回収等の主要供給業者が自社のプロジェクトの認証にPuro.earthを選択している。
同プラットフォームは、Microsoft社、McKinsey社、Google社、Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken及びBoston Consulting Groupといった主要企業等、600社以上のエンドバイヤーの信頼を得ており、Nasdaqが過半数の株式を所有している。今回の承認により、Puro.earthの方法論はICVCMの方法論評価プログラムに進めることとなった。
Puro.earth receives ICVCM approval for carbon crediting

The Integrity Council for the Voluntary Carbon Market (ICVCM) has approved it as an eligible Carbon Crediting Programme.
This recognition affirms the rigour, transparency and scientific excellence of the Puro Standard, demonstrating that Puro.earth meets the ICVCM’s Core Carbon Principles (CCP) criteria for governance, emissions impact, and sustainable development. The Puro.earth platform has issued over one million CO2 Removal Certificates (CORCs), with leading suppliers in biochar, BECCS and direct air capture among other choosing Puro.earth to certify their projects.
The platform is trusted by more than 600 end-buyers, including leading organizations like Microsoft, McKinsey, Google, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, and Boston Consulting Group, and is majority-owned by Nasdaq. Puro.earth’s methodologies can now proceed under ICVCM’s methodology assessment program.
