上記2社は、デジタル・ソリューション及びモジュール化能力を持つ標準化されたスキッド搭載モジュール式CO2回収プラント1組の共同開発契約を締結した。
この契約は、カナダ・バンクーバー（Vancouver）にあるSvante社の新しい商用フィルター製造施設のコミッショニングを記念した同社のグランド・オープニング・イベントの最中に締結された。これはSvante社フィルター技術のための世界初のギガファクトリーであり、年間1,000万トンのCO2を回収するのに十分な数のフィルターを製造できる。
両社は、これらの地域の重工業やエネルギー生産者が、排出削減目標を達成するためのより実行可能な道筋を得られるよう、世界中で商業規模CO2回収プロジェクトを特定し、開発し、実施するために協力していく。

The companies signed a joint development agreement for a set of standardised skid-mounted modular carbon capture plants with digital solutions and modularisation capabilities.
The agreement was signed during Svante’s Grand Opening Event, which marked the commissioning of its new commercial filter manufacturing facility in Vancouver, Canada. This is the world’s first gigafactory for Svante’s filter technology, capable of producing enough filters to capture 10 million tonnes of CO2 annually.
The two companies will work together to identify, develop, and deliver commercial-scale carbon capture projects globally, ensuring heavy industries and energy producers in these regions have more viable pathways to meet their emission reduction targets.
