インドネシアとシンガポール、電力取引とCO2回収に関する協定を締結

インドネシアとシンガポールは金曜日（13日）、低炭素電力の越境取引を進展させると共に、CCSで協力するために初期協定を締結した、と両国の大臣がインドネシア・ジャカルタ（Jakarta）で発表した。
この電力協定は、インドネシアからシンガポールへの太陽光発電電力の輸出に関する先の合意を再確認するものであり、複数の企業が、発電及び送電に向けた発電所と電力系統インフラの建設を計画している。
2国によって署名されたこの覚書には、両国が、インドネシアの電力をシンガポールに供給することを可能にする政策、規制的枠組及び事業連携の策定を目指すことが記されている。

Indonesia and Singapore signed initial deals on Friday to develop cross-border trade in low carbon electricity and collaborate on CCS, ministers from both countries said in Jakarta.
The electricity deal reaffirmed an earlier agreement to export solar power from Indonesia to Singapore, with a group of companies planning to build plants and grid infrastructure to generate and transmit the power.
The memorandum of understanding signed by the two countries says they will aim to draw up policies, regulatory frameworks and business arrangements that will enable Indonesian power to be delivered to Singapore.
