LanzaTech社は、2,000万ドル規模の私募による資金調達ラウンドを完了し、燃料及び材料市場における同社のカーボンリサイクル技術の商業展開を加速させる中で財務基盤を強化した。
ナスダック上場企業である同社が述べたところによると、この資金調達ラウンドには、新しい戦略的支援者であるSiteGround社を含む、複数の機関投資家が参加しているという。この最新の資金調達は、2025年5月に別途確保した4,000万ドル規模の投資に続くものであり、LanzaTech社によるプロジェクト開発と短期的な成長のための優先課題を支えるための資本を拡大する。

LanzaTech has closed a $20 million private placement funding round, strengthening its balance sheet as it accelerates the commercial rollout of its carbon recycling technology across fuels and materials markets.
The Nasdaq-listed company said the funding round includes participation from a group of institutional investors, including new strategic backer SiteGround. The latest raise follows a separate $40 million investment secured in May 2025, providing LanzaTech with expanded capital to support project development and near-term growth priorities.
Chief executive Jennifer Holmgren said the new funding positions the company to advance high-impact commercial opportunities with the potential to reshape low-carbon manufacturing and fuel production. According to LanzaTech, the combined financing supports continued scale-up of its waste gas conversion platform and deployment of first-of-a-kind industrial projects.
