ドイツに拠点を置くEverllence社は、タイ初のCCSプロジェクトに圧縮技術を供給する契約を確保し、タイ湾にあるアーティット（Arthit）ガス田において年間最大100万トンのCO2回収及び再圧入を支援する。
同社（旧称MAN Energy Solutions社）は、PTT Exploration and Production社（PTTEP社）が開発するプロジェクトに、ラジアル・バレル形圧縮機を組み込んだ圧縮機スキッド2基を提供する。
同設備は、回収したCO2を圧縮し、海洋開発の一環として地下層に再圧入するものである。
アーティット開発はタイ初の大規模CCS展開であり、同国の2021～2030年における国が決定する貢献緩和行動計画（Nationally Determined Contribution Action Plan on Mitigation）の下で旗艦温室効果ガス削減イニシアティブとして位置付けられている。
Everllence to supply compressors for Thailand’s first CCS project

Germany-based Everllence has secured a contract to supply compression technology for Thailand’s first CCS project, supporting the capture and reinjection of up to one million tonnes of carbon dioxide per year at the Arthit gas field in the Gulf of Thailand.
The company, formerly known as MAN Energy Solutions, will deliver two compressor skids incorporating radial barrel compressors for the project, which is being developed by PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP).
The equipment will compress captured CO2 for reinjection into subsurface formations as part of the offshore development.
The Arthit development represents Thailand’s first large-scale deployment of CCS and has been identified as a flagship greenhouse gas reduction initiative under the country’s Nationally Determined Contribution Action Plan on Mitigation for 2021 to 2030.
