The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has granted a permit for a proposed CCS project in northeastern Indiana. The project, called One Carbon Partnership, is a joint venture between Denver-based Vault 44.01 and Cardinal Ethanol. The facility will be located about 95 miles northeast of Indianapolis along the Indiana-Ohio border.
