CCSを支援するため、株式会社Inpex及び関東天然瓦斯開発株式会社による合弁会社である首都圏CCS株式会社は、同国の経済産業大臣から、千葉県東海岸の九十九里沖における試掘の許可を取得した。

On a mission to support CCS, Metropolitan CCS, a joint venture (JV) between Inpex Corporation and Kanto Natural Gas Development, has secured the green light from Japan’s Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry to undertake exploratory drilling offshore Kujukuri along the east coast of Chiba Prefecture.
