Honeywell is seeking to commercialise “Advent Solvent” technology, developed by the University of Austin, for more efficient post-combustion CO₂ capture. A licensing agreement grants Honeywell rights to deploy the patented amine-based solvent system through its Advanced Solvent Carbon Capture (ASCC) offering, targeting power plants and hard-to-abate industries.
