Triangle Energy社は、Pilot Energy社とのクリフヘッド（Cliff Head）油田合弁事業が、豪州連邦から温室効果ガス貯留層宣言（declaration of greenhouse gas storage formation: DoSF）の承認を取得し、Triangle社への1,500万ドル支払いへの道が切り開かれたと発表した。
西オーストラリア州（WA） 31-L鉱区のクリフヘッドCCSプロジェクトをMadeleine King豪州資源大臣（Minister for Resources）が承認したことにより、Triangle社がクリフヘッド・プロジェクトの78.75％の権益をPilot Energy社に売却する運びとなり、Triangle社には段階的に1,500万ドルが現金とロイヤルティーで支払われることとなる。

Triangle Energy Ltd advises that its Cliff Head oilfield joint venture with Pilot Energy has received Commonwealth approval of its declaration of greenhouse gas storage formation (DoSF), paving the way for $15 million in payments to Triangle.
The approval of the Cliff Head CCS project, on the WA 31-L licence area, from the Minister for Resources Madeleine King, triggers the sale of Triangles 78.75% interest in the Cliff Head project to Pilot Energy, which will deliver $15 million in staged cash and royalties to Triangle.
