Aker Carbon Capture社は、ドイツのバイオマス熱電併給発電所（CHP）でCO₂回収を実施するための実現可能性調査を受注した。計画されているCO₂回収能力は、年間25万トンとなる。このプロジェクトのため、Aker Carbon Capture社は同社の標準化されたJust Catchモジュール式製品の納入を目指している。

ドイツ政府は今秋、CO₂管理戦略（Carbon Management Strategy）を発表する予定である。

Aker Carbon Capture has been awarded a feasibility study to implement carbon capture at a biomass combined heat and power (CHP) facility in Germany. The planned capture capacity will be 250,000 tonnes CO₂ per year. For this project, Aker Carbon Capture aims to deliver its standardized Just Catch modular product.

The German government is expected to publish its Carbon Management Strategy this autumn.
